Her passion is helping businesses thrive by blending experience and practical strategies with positive energy. Nicole's sharp insights, thoughtful questions, and no-nonsense approach ensure that important things are stated explicitly—no ambiguity, no wasted effort.

She holds a BA in English from Bowdoin College and an MBA from Northeastern University, and has completed extensive leadership training. Nicole's ability to connect with people and distill complexity into clear, actionable steps helps businesses turn challenges into successes by inspiring action and engagement.

Karmic Footprint Consulting is my dream business, though it's not born from a lifelong dream. It is the culmination of 30 years of diverse professional, academic, and life experience—fun, painful, and ultimately invaluable. When I unexpectedly found myself between jobs twice in 24 months, it was the wake-up call I needed to re-chart my professional path and to pay it forward by using the lessons I've learned to help others achieve their goals. After much reflection, I answered with a clear vision—Karmic Footprint Consulting.
